This project adds a two-storey rear addition and undertakes a comprehensive internal refurbishment of an existing detached dwelling. The new wing introduces a master suite above a kitchen and family room, opening onto a partially sunken private courtyard.

 

Externally, the addition is defined by rendered plaster and glazing, harmonising with the existing structure while framing curated garden views. Reconfigured landscaping enhances both the arrival experience and private outdoor spaces.
