This project embodied design possibilities for a new location for a global headquarters and advanced manufacturing and assembly facility. The development comprised manufacturing, assembly and storage accommodation, articulated in an L-shaped configuration to optimise the efficiency of production and assembly flows.

 

The administrative component expressed as a three-storey volume that integrates into the re-entrant corner of the industrial block, orienting itself towards the adjoining roadway to provide a distinct civic presence.

 

The scheme incorporates surface parking bays positioned along the western perimeter of the site, configured to optimise functionality while enhancing the arrival sequence and reinforcing the cohesive, contemporary identity of the industrial campus.
